ASUS USB-N13 with Osx10.6.8

I wanted to know if someone managed to make the ASUS USB-N13 function under OSX 10.6.8

Ok, I guess I can go on with that key. Another question since I'm not really an expert with networking. If i install that key on my cutomac, will I be able to install an adhoc network with my ipad?
