Hi everyone,
This post is to inform to people having a similar configuration to mine that my machine is perfectly running.
HDMI audio works in multichannel output (5.1 in my situation).
I still have to boot using npci=0x2000 bootflag as i can't seem to make it stick the chameleon.plist file.
Beside this, everything works perfectly.
