Also tried to compile DSDT for this mobo but no success (when tried, always had an errors and couldn't get a working file).

Is this still a recommended DSDT today? What are those values, DTGP etc?

After installing dsdt.sengook.zip (DSDT) I can't shut down no more, system sort of goes shutdown but restarts in a few seconds?

I've extracted my dsdt from my setup via ubuntu 11.04

I have the latest (beta 1850) BIOS so I guess it's somewhat different than what is posted here.

Please, have look at what is going on, my knowledge for error solving in this matter is more than limited...

Here's my latest DSDT, made with DSDT patcher. It had 0 errors and about 230 optimizations.

I have shutdown problem with this DSDT, like danielnmaldonado's DSDT.

Any clue what's wrong?

EDIT: Added my kextstat if it can help in troubleshooting
