Hey! Will my computer ASUS N56JR be capable to install Yosemite?

Graphic Card: GeForce GTX 760M
CPU: Intel(R) Core i7-4700 HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 8.1

And do i need much hard drive space on the computer? If yes, what is the lowest space requierd?

You'll need to find out if it is nvidia only or nvidia+Intel graphics.
