After I flash this file, it works perfect!
Now OS can work without NullCPU and can suspend!

I've been having problems with my Maxmimus V gene, and I tried re-flashing to 12.04, then I was going to downgrade to the modified one. I successfully upgraded, but now when I try to flash back the bios it has 2 long blinks, then the 3rd is very short then nothing, and no flash is performed. Any ideas?

EDIT: Nvm, got it. But the Maximus V Gene has been updated to 1204. Here is the file if you don't want to download from ASUS.View attachment MAXIMUS-V-GENE-ASUS-1204.zip
