Same Problem still here.
I have a Radeon HD6870 with Displayport Out and a mdp adapter for my ACD 24".
When trying to enter the bios i get a blue screen.
My cheap acer display is working fine. I guess it is the dp output of the graphics tht causes the problem.

My system :
Z77X-UP4-TH
Xeon E3-1230v2
Radeon HD 6870 (ASUS)

Update:
My 20" ACD now works fine at boot. My BIOS screen is good and no longer scrambled. All I did was make sure that the USB cable coming from the monitor is PLUGGED IN!
