APFS High Sierra with Bootcamp NTFS Windows 10?

Is it possible to install Bootcamp on High Sierra Hackintosh (APFS) in order to run Windows 10 (NTFS) on the same SSD? It's 512GB and I would like to split it in half. I'm not sure if Bootcamp runs correctly on High Sierra Hackintosh or not -- is it as simple as holding the Option key when booting up? And is this the correct way to go about doing it or should I partition before or after the UniBeast High Sierra install?

You do not need Bootcamp to run Windows on a PC.
