is what i got, no enabler in SLE, HDAU + HDEF in DSDT,

cannot test hdmi,
onboard is stereo and works,

cpu = i7 2600k

but i got these assertion warnings every 2 min in console

Likely the HD3000 HDMI audio codec. Disable integrated graphics in BIOS.

with DCPI-Manager i see 3 Audio devices, maybe thats a reason for asserting ?

assertions still there. think more its ATI HDMI,
cause in audio prefs both are named Line Out ( no HDMI)
but anyway dont no a way out of it.

Line Outs are onboard audio and correctly configured. It can be anything you want it to be.
