Advice on a Hackintosh Build

Hi, I've been browsing the forums, having once owned a Dell Mini 10v with Snow Leopard and am now wanting to build a full size hackintosh desktop to run Mountain Lion and Windows 7 Ultimate. Before I pull the trigger I just wanted to check that my build list is ok:

Looks OK to me, but I would get 2 SSDs - 1 for each OS. It will save you a lot of hassle down the road.
