Hey tonymacx86 Community :D

First hackinstosh build but been in this community for a little bit, just been following users personal build and reading/learning almost everything i can (let say i was a silent user and now becoming a active user).

I'm wondering witch GPU to get or just to stick with the integrated GPU (considering gtx 700 / 900 series or AMD Redeon series)
Software i use are Photoshop / Illustrator and inDesign. I'm also currently interested in video editing and might be using Final Cut.

Build Specs:

Case: Coolermaster Elite 120
MB: Gigabyte GA-H81N
CPU: i5-4460 w/ HD4600 (integrated GPU)
Ram: 2 x 4 GB Kingston Ram (to be upgraded to 16GB)
Storage:
  • SSD: Samsung 850 EVO Msata 250GB & Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
  • HDD: Segate 1TB 8MB Cache Enclose in a Vantec EZ Swap 4
PSU: Cosair CX500

I would go with the CPU GPU to start with, and only get a discrete GPU if the internal is not doing the job. You might check the PSU size recommended for 2 each of a high end GPU and up your PSU size to future proof it if you do decide to add a Discrete GPU or two down the road a bit.
