I got kexts in L/E and /S/L/E, but NONE in EFI/CLOVER/kexts(all EMPTY folders), what exactly should I move if I want to upgrade? Thanks in advance:)

Read post #2 of the laptop guide.

Hint: You must have "essential" kexts in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other.
Thanks, I've finished your detailed post. But I still have another question: should I delete FakeSMC and RT8111 from L/E after moving them to EFI/Clover/kexts/Other? And apart from Logi kexts, I got some other kexts in L/E which I am not familiar with. What are they used for?

The kexts you mention are usually considered "essential" kexts.
As per guide, "essential" kexts should be both in /L/E and Clover/kexts/Other.

And apart from Logi kexts, I got some other kexts in L/E which I am not familiar with. What are they used for?

Third party software vendors (such as Logitech) will likely install kexts to /L/E (older software will still install to /S/L/E).
And some of the kexts there were placed by Apple after a fresh install.
