About HD6850

I use HIS HD6850 with ivy bridge cpu Z77M-D3H


It can work but have to set GraphicEnabler=No

If set GraphicEnabler=YES it can't work (no signal from hd6850)

question is.... when GraphicEnabler was set to "No" the Graphic card will run 100% efficiency or limited some function?

Add this to your org.chameleon.boot.plist:

<key>AtiConfig</key>
<string>Bulrushes</string>
<key>AtiPorts</key>
<string>4</string>

And set GE=Yes.

If Bulrushes from post above doesn't work, try Duckweed. One of them should work.

And if it doesn't, just use GE=No. You'll hardly notice any difference.

now I can solve this problem

I use both Bulrushes and Duckweed but they all dead display : (

then i try to plug dvi to another port and yes! It's work!!

I plug to this port



After I plug into right port it can use both of Bulrushes and Duckweed

PS. which one that I should stay with it, Bulrushes or Duckweed ? How to know which one is better performance?
