3570K Turbo boost not working

Hello... I have my hack up and running for three months now and I noticed that turbo boost is not working...
Under load I see only 3.4ghz used on HWMonitor while it should go up to 3.8
What should I do?

Yes, geek bench wasn't recognizing it either. I actually got it working again by changing my system definition to macmini 5,1
