2013 Socket 2011 Build

Hi,
I was looking to do a photography/video editing build. The components I've choose were
Cpu: Xeon E5-1660
Ram: Corsair 32gb vengeance pro (1600mhz)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 780 3GB
A samsung 840 evo SSD and I had 4 3tb drives (which I would like to put in RAID 10)
I can't find any build done with the E5-1660 and a popular motherboard is the Asus Sabertooth X79 I was just wondering is there any other good(easily) hackintoshable socket 2011 boards out there. Any advice on the CPU is much appreciated and I havn't looked for the Raid 10 yet but if you know(or have a good link) it would also be appreciated.
