Hello fellow Hackintoshers,
I am currently using 2 pairs of speakers and I am trying to make them both playing sound at the same time.
I am not fancy about 5.1, I just want two pair playing at the same time because one having some base and one have good treble.
In Windows they work fine, but in Hackintosh, the second pair doesn't emit any sound.
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H
Sound chip: Realtek ALC898
OSX 10.10.4
"Driver" is installed by the most recent MultiBeast.
First pair of speaker: plugged into normal "green" speaker port
Second pair of speaker: plugged into rear speaker port
In system preference, it list out internal speakers, 2 line out, digital out. I tried both of the "Line Out", they never give out any sound.
"Internal Speakers" (First pair) are working fine.
Is there anyway making my second pair working?
Thank you.
