10.8.4 problem

hello! I have big problems. I updated to 10.8.4 and now I can not boot without typing in-x safe mode.
I've tried to install multibeast but it does not work. I have taken a picture of -v if it can help.
PCIRootUID=o is also tried but no luck


computer information
msi b75ma-p45
intel core i7-3770
8gb ram
asus geforce GT 640 2gb


everything worked fine in 10.8

i fix the the problem 10.8.4 doesn't like VD-T to be enabled in bios, disable it.
and disabling Virtualization Technology as well.
