OK, mATX board, H67 chip, Realtek ALC662 audio and Realtek RTL8111 NIC and I suppose the GPU is in the single PCIe slot. Should be possible to install. What is the BIOS like? Can you find screens to set the SATA Mode to AHCI, enable HPET and set the HPET to 64 bit? These are the basic settings after you set select set optimum default to begin with. Since this is an OEM board the BIOS may be heavily modified by Acer and some settings may not be available. One of the hazards of trying to install on OEM prebuilt and OS loaded computers.IBoot+ Retail Disk, Bios Version P02-A1 and Rev 1.01
Alright so I was looking through the BIOS, I can change the SATA mode to AHCI, but i couldn't find anything for enabling or changing the HPET settings. I can provide images of the bios screens if that would help.
try with -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes maxmem=4096Alright this is a noobish question but how would i go about backing up or deleting that kext, when I use Iboot and boot the install disk with -x the screen goes black for about a minute or so before I get the "computer needs to restart" screen.
