I'm working on a new driver and the results are promising. Basic functions are already working but the code still lacks some advanced features like wake-on-lan and recovery from transmitter lockups.

Tested with Lion 10.7.4 and Mountain Lion 10.8.
Onboard Graphics: working.
Audio: working with patched AppleHDA for ALC888b/887 v100302 from Multibeast 4.6.1.
LAN: working with Lnx2mac driver.
Sleep: working.
USB 3.0 ports:
working under Lion at USB 2.0 speed...
Anybody out there with a series 7 chipsets equipped mainboard who got the Intel USB 3.0 working? If you are the lucky one please post a dump of IORegistry and your DSDT as it might be the key to get things working on other mainboards!

I guess there are some users with ASUS, Asrock and MSI mainboards who haven't patched their BIOS like me and therefore need a patched version of AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext for 10.8. Here you are!
