Problem solved by switching from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz for Wi-fi on all my devices around the house..... Bought new router. Has seemed to have stopped the interference with the Bluetooth audio.

I have installed BCMPatchRAM.kext I can see the version firmware has upgraded. Bluetooth seems to be on but I can not discover a device or magic mouse. I am also using toleda's kext for Wifi which is working. What am I missing? If someone can point me in the right direction would...

Solved this problem for me in 10.9.3 with the Muiltibeast version that was recently released with audio kext updates.

What system definition are you using? Ivy bridge with your board should be Macmini 6,2 not Macpro3,1
