No, your Webcam will be USB based and may be shown as a separate device under your Audio settings. This will usually be separate from the system Audio.
The Realtek ACL236 Audio codec is normally a separate device, which is related to the 'Internal Speakers' and Microphone if connected.
What does your System Information > Audio report show in respect of your Audio Devices?
What does your Audio/Sound icon display for audio devices?
