hi guys , i try X250 for EI Capitan for two weeks , so tried,

can you give me your clover efi file to me ?
i use that link your suggest, but now message to still wait for root device..

don't know how to ..

can you provide the all files of EFI partition?

thanks .

To start...

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.

Pay attention the Broadwell info in the FAQ. It is important.

Good day,

Thanks to the vacation, I had time to work on the mackintosh.
Solve the following since last install on that x250:
- Merged the two batteries to one.
- Activate the hdmi port.

Meaning that everything was working well expected the integrated wireless.
Then I have changed the intel card to a BCM94352Z. I got it and cut a part of the card, if not the card doesn't fit in the slot.
Everything work fine, airport, wireless, bluetooth. But since I have this card booting the system takes lot of time. Looks like to be be a problem related to power management. The boot goes ahead without trouble and stop for a while.
After few minutes, the process continues normally. The first line I got after continuing the boot process is "ACPI sleep states S3 S4 S5".
Second issue since I have installed this card: after sleep, the system doesn't wake up.

Any idea how to solve the troubles ?

As soon everything is solved I will create a guide for x250 as the system will be fully working.

Many thanks,
Frederic

But since I have this card booting the system takes lot of time.

Perhaps you forgot to re-extact/re-patch ACPI after making the hardware changes.

I did it this morning without any improvement. I did the extraction with RW-Everyting under windows.

I will do it with clover f4 and kept you updated.

Time to go the bled ;-)
Clover F4 gaves me exactly the same DSDT content than the one got with RW. But I did a mistake with the one got from RW which one I corrected.

Now boot is normal, sleep works but wake up doesn't work. No reaction when I push the power up bouton. Any idea ?

Are you certain sleep is entered correctly? Blinking power LED?

I confirm that sleep enters correctly, leds blink (power LED and red one on Lenovo)

No need to patch AppleIntelBDWGraphicsFramebuffer.kext on disk. Restore to vanilla.

ACPI is not patched correctly. Based on ACPI/origin, you should have in ACPI/patched:
DSDT.aml
SSDT.aml (from ssdtPRgen.sh)
SSDT-0.aml
SSDT-1.aml
SSDT-2.aml
SSDT-3.aml
SSDT-4.aml
SSDT-5.aml
SSDT-9.aml
SSDT-10.aml
SSDT-11.aml
SSDT-12.aml
SSDT-13.aml

Backlight control is not implemented correctly.
