I found this thread linked below which helped me out. i followed the instruction, deleted a lot of lines from the info.plist file and it boots up fine as usual. Hope this helps somebody out.
I'll return when to this site back again when 10.10.5 or 10.11 comes out and my hackintosh won't boot ...
Hello,
sadly my screen also just goes black after i installed 10.10.4 and try to boot it.
when i installed 10.10.3 i had to use the kext which this thread is all about. i installed it now as well, a 2nd time.
now when i boot the apple loading screen comes up, the bar goes half the way, like...
I have the exact same problem with my usb 3.0, but I have a different motherboard (asus x79 deluxe)
is there a way to help me out as well, maybe with a dsdt for my motherboard? (i'm using a ssdt.aml already)
It seems i'm not the only one with this problem:

And I believe the drivers I install via Multibeast (Realtek ALCxxx - Without DSDT - ALC1150 and HDAEnabler) do the exact same thing. Thus the result is the same.
Hi there,
So I'm setting up my hackintosh up and am almost done to create a user build on the forums, how ever the audio drivers are giving me headache. Over the last 9 Days I've tried so many different possibilities that I can't even list them all here. So I thought you might tell me what to...
I can confirm that on my system 10.9.2 together with unibeast works natively with my ivy bridge e processor. I got to the installer using
-v npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=0
My System:
i7 4930k
Asus x79 Deluxe
Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB OC
256 GB Samsung SSD
and other irrelevant peripherals
Short's Beastly Build - i7-4770k - GA-Z87X-UD3H - GTX 770 4GB
you've got an ivy bridge e processor, which are not natively supported in os x yet. therefore you need a patched kernel, which you should be able to find by using google.
this is almost the exact same pc i'm going to build.
i've already bought (all new from amazon)
-be quiet dark power pro 10 850W psi
-samsung ssd 250GB
-fractal design define r4
-low profile ddr3 vengeance 16 gb total
-be quiet dark rock 2 cpu cooler
-gigabyte gtx 770 windforce
the mobo and...
any news for ivy bridge e support now? the mac pro has been released quiet some time back now.
or are we all still waiting for the full os system dump from apple?
true, however since most of us will buy pc-components over the internet, the likelihood is quiet high that the firmware version won't be up to date. and sending the mobo to gigabyte or bringing it to a local electronics store will cost you time and money. that's why i'd like to go with a asus...
i've asked myself the same question, since i'm going to build the same system except with a windfroce gtx 770 4gb.
the thing about gigabyte boards is that they aren't natively capable of running a ivy bridge e cpu, since they usually don't ship with the updated bios, thus you won't be able to...
