The kext doesn't load because of the signature error. Is there a way to fix the signature error to allow the kext to load or not ? What's the point of having a kext with an invalid signature that prevents it from loading properly ? I hope that makes my previous statement / question more clear...

Plex Theater - latest version properly passes AC3 encoded sound to the receiver on optical out. That sucks because nothing else seems to work properly. I can't seem to configure XBMC to pass through AC3 on optical without down-mixing to 2 channels. Thanks for your help.

Thanks, however Multibeast 6.1 will not install your audio driver - keeps failing. Quite a few of the .pkgs with Multibeast 6.1 fail to install - haven't found a solution to it yet, despite depending on research instead of luck. Any ideas ?

The enabler from Multibeast 5.1 for ML did not work (HDEnabler1.kext) - had to use Lion Multibeast 4.1 with HDEnabler898.kext instead. Also - if AppleHDA.kext already exists in S/L/E - Kextbeast will NOT override it. So it needs to be backed up and deleted first. I am not sure if that is clear...
