Thanks for the link, i've tried to patch the SSDT and it now gets detected correctly in IOREG but I still can't boot without nv_disable=1 into OSX. I've uploaded my SSDT/DSDT/IOREG. Maybe you can take a look on it? Thanks :)

What's really interesting is, that even tough the screen remains black with nvda_drv=1 enabled I am able to log in into OSX like usually(See Screenshot). Even the Graphics Card get's detected correctly.
