I have selected all my parts and will get the majority of them in the next week or two. I'm going to be using the Gigabyte Z77 Mini ITX board. I'm going to use HD 4000 graphics from the Intel i5 Ivy Bridge. Do I need to install any DSDT or use Multibeast? I know I would need one for HDMI Audio, but I'll be using Dual Link DVI and wireless headphones for my video and audio.
Thanks,
Ian

If you need HDMI Audio you will have to use the DSDT file. Download from the forum database. Rename it as DSDT.aml keep it on the desktop and run multibeast.

Multibeast is a post installation tool. Just like you install drivers in windows you need to run multibeast and install important kext(drivers).

Go to user build and look for the threads with that motherboard and get the multibeast settings.

BIOS settings are very important use forum search for that as well.

Thanks. I won't be needing HDMI Audio. The gigabyte z77n wifi mini itx doesn't need a DSDT. I will look up multibeast and bios settings though.
