what could be the problem?
thanks

Colour shifts like this are usually the result of a loose or defective video cable.
(Typically a VGA cable with a bent pin).

i have seen that happen on many a monitor. i used to work at a computer place where we would be always plugging in, unplugging monitors to different computers for repair, this would happen all the time but in our case it would be a break in the wiring

I fix it. it was the monitor i use is a tv but in only 720 not full 1080 so the hdmi send 1080 so was green after I finish the install of ios i could change the resolution to 720 and the color was right . always when I turn on the computer until the computer login is always in green but later is fine , thanks any way
