Seems like you're not reading the README at each link. Each README provides a clear link (on bitbucket) to the ZIP which contains the kexts.

The guide in post #1 clearly states to read the README.

I renamed DropTables->##DropTables and renamed #DropTables->DropTables (in that order).
Thanks again Rehabman!
Above step got me to the installer.
Installed El Capitan.
Now I have 4 split screens. (see attached)

You must be using the wrong config.plist (probably using one for 1600x900+ screens, instead of 1366x768).

Do I need to reinstall OS X or could I just use correct config.plist?
 
I used correct config.plist (config_HD3000_1366x768_7series.plist) which fixed 4 split screens. RehabMan thanks again!
 
I successfully installed OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4. Currently following are not working:
--Audio (Realtek ALC269)
--Bluetooth
--WebCam
I did install DELL SCT OSX Support Package.pkg
Which kext I should use to enable above items?
 
Any idea why clover is not loading when I boot from USB? It just shows a black screen when I boot from USB. Clover doesnt load at all
