macOS Sierra Public Beta is Now Available

I've got Sierra up and running on my GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 but I'm having problems getting audio working. IOreg shows HDEF layout-id as <01 00 00 00>. I know the HDA patches aren't supported in Sierra yet. How is everyone getting audio working?

I am used to use USB DAC instead.

I updated to Sierra directly from El Capitan on an MSI H81i without any issues. I don't see any options for auto-unlock though. Is it available on the 2nd developer preview (16A239j) or is it public beta only? Also, do you need to have a handoff/continuity enabled bluetooth device running? My wireless card is Atheros so that's a no go for me at the moment. As well as this, I'm guessing you need an Apple Watch? Am I right in saying it won't work with an iPhone running the latest iOS 10 beta?

I tried to get it working but in the end I just copied the patched AppleHDA and RealtekALC from El Capitan.. I'm surprised it actually worked, everything is working, guess it'll have to do until there's a fix for it.

Wow I'm surprised it worked too. Toleda will be releasing a fix for Realtek Audio for 10.12 Sierra in the coming days.

I've noticed one strange thing...Realtek Wireless devices may cause a kernel panic. I have problem getting RTL8192 to work with the public beta. It was fine in Developer preview and OS X El Capitan. Other than that everything is perfect. Now no networking = No Siri :(

Edit: Not all clover versions work. I tried all the official versions but couldn't get OS X to boot up. Finally installed the custom 3602 and everything works fine. Oh I still have no internet. RTL8192 driver causes IONetworkingFamily.kext and IOUSBFamily.kext to go crazy. I tried loading the ones from El Capitan, but it didn't work. I'll try the working ones from DP.

Installed latest 3599 clover version with iMac 14,2 definition and it worked. HDMI audio working too! 15,2 definition gave me black screen but otherwise continuity, handoff & Siri working great. I still gotta try auto unlock.

Everything works fine for my build, H97M-D3H MB, GTX760.
Using DP beta 2. The KP solved by uncheck "Fix LAN" in clover boot option.
I use external USB DAC for sound output. As for internet access, using Multi-beast 8.2 to install lan driver.
For your reference.
