Not sure how that got there anyway. I had tried the VoodooHDA kext before, not sure if that might have brought the disabler with it??
The VoodooHDA installer installs AppleHDADisabler. The reason is that AppleHDA needs to be disabled when using VoodooHDA.kext.
But the PBI-CE guide never installs VoodooHDA.kext so it is not accounted for here either.
