Issues With My EVGA GeForce GTX 750 (missing bluetooth controller transport)

Thanks - so that I understand correctly, when I boot from the USB, am i partitioning the drive again? Or just going through the setup process to access Multibeast? When I build from the USB, are those settings being pushed to the build on my destination drive that I will eventually boot from altogether? Or am I basically reformatting entirely?

Also, is it uncommon to have only one selection in the graphics section of Multibeast? Is my card just being recognized? Seems concerning to me.

i.e to change my Multibeast settings, will I need to format the drive every time, or just go through setup, and build?

Thanks again your help has been invaluable.

Boot into installer then open Terminal, with nano/vi editor open the org.chameleon.boot.plist file (File will be present on /Extra folder of the OS X's partition) and make the changes as below,

<key>GenerateCStates</key>
<string>No</string>

<key>GeneratePStates</key>
<string>No</string>

Save the file and reboot OS X. Check the normal booting.

Note:- Do not install again.
Normally you can change option with re running the Multibeast installer or make changes in the plist file. Now you are not able to reach upto the desktop that's why we are editing the file with the help of terminal from installer.

Am I booting to the USB, then making these changes to the file on the hard drive through the terminal?

I can't find that file - the folders available to me when i get into either the USB are Users, Systems, Library, and Applications. I haven't come across a .plist file. Can you point me in the right direction? Basically I have selected import from the terminal, and I think what you're telling em to do is make that change to the hard drive, not the USB. Can you confirm and lead me to that file?

Starting to feel like i owe you a beer.

Edit: i do understand that /Extras is likely in a subfolder.

750/750Ti needs web drivers - http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-h...geforce-gtx-750-750-ti-graphics-cards-16.html

you should be able to install with nv_disable=1 boot-arg

I'm a complete n00b here - are you telling me to boot to the hard drive with nv_disable=1 and do include the term boot-arg or is that just a term for boot argument?

Once in, how am I getting the drivers? The mediafire link, or the NVIDIA link? Really sorry you kinda have to explain it like I'm 5.

As per your update on post#5 you have completed the Multibeast installation and after that facing rolling reboot. Am i right??

If you had completed the multibeast installation then the file org.chameleon.boot.plist file will be available in your OS X installed partition's Extra named folder.

Untill installing web drivers, you have to use the flag "nv_disable=1" in every boot. After installation of NVIDIA's web driver you have to use "nvda_drv=1" instead of "nv_disable=1".

Whenever you are trying to boot from USB use the same flags which are mentioned on post#2

I definitely did complete the Multibeast setup, but am not seeing that folder! This video shows what it should look like - I just don't have an /Extra folder. Should I go through the installation process again?

So will I have to use this boot argument every time I boot to my hard drive? Till the end of time?

OK I booted into the hard drive using nv_disable=1, but the graphics are laggy as hell. Assuming I need to go for the driver on that mediafire link?

Will i then need to switch to the boot that you mentioned, Jithin, or will it boot normally?

Totally confused...

As you have booted successfully, first download and install NVIDIA Web Driver from NVIDIA web site (Not from any other sources)

If you are able to share the output of the below command after running it on Terminal, then i can share the correct download link.
Code:
cat /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist
