I think that the wrong time after waking from sleep has nothing to do with the wrong sync between Mac and Windows, but I'm not sure.
There is something about it in Dortania guides.
In my system:

/Users/yo/Downloads/VirtualSMC-1.3.2-RELEASE/Tools > ./smcread -s | grep CLKT
Unable to read smc value E00002C1
[CLKT] type [ui32] 75693332 len [ 4] attr [D0] -> 00010605

Found another guy over on another forum with the same processor as me and he has this issue as well
