Hi,

I managed to install Yosemite by following this tutorial:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...oting-os-x-installer-laptops-clover-uefi.html

I added this kexts: ( suggested on the tutorial )
FakeSMC.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-FakeSMC-kozlek
VoodooPS2Controller.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Voodoo-PS2-Controller
GenericUSBXHCI.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Generic-USB3
RealtekRTL8111.kext: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Realtek-Network

And used this config:
https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Cl...b/master/config_HD4000_1366x768_6series.plist

After this I installed clover on the HDD and copied all of this kexts also to the HDD clover install.

Now I managed to login to OSX and go to the internet via ethernet.
I don't have audio or wifi.
And also the graphics are a little bit buggy and when I move the mouse it doesn't "slide" through the screen smoothly, it's like it has lag and just jumps positions.

I haven't done anything else and don't know what to do next. I was about to try Multibeast but it would replace the clover bootloader and also every time I ticked something or selected something on multibeast it freezes for a couple of minutes.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

Are you certain you have a 6-series chipset? HD4000 on 6-series is exceedingly rare on laptops. If not, there's your issue with the graphics...

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.

DSDT patches for patched AppleHDA are covered in the DSDT/SSDT patching guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-laptop-support/152573-guide-patching-laptop-dsdt-ssdts.html

WiFi/Bluetooth: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html

There is almost nothing useful in Multibeast for laptops using Clover (Ethernet drivers are the only exception).

I'll try the normal HD graphics kext then.

I just turned the laptop on and I'm on OSC but now the partition of the EFI doesn't appear.
So where can I put the kexts now?

Thanks

No idea what you mean. Your problem is not with kexts... it is likely with the config.plist you've chosen. Make sure you read the "Know your hardware" section of the guide.

Which kexts are you referring to? What is 'OSC'? The EFI partition is not automatically mounted and therefore must be mounted manually. There are numerous ways to do it. I enable the debug menu on Disk Utility and use it to show all partitions.

Sorry when i said Graphics Kext I meant the config and when I said OSC I meant OSX.

So i managed to mount the EFI partition and tried two different configs and reboot in each one and the graphics problem still exists.

I tried this two:
https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD4000_1366x768.plist
https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD3000_1366x768.plist

I am not certain which HD Graphics it is because I couldn't find the version anywhere when I was on windows. And CPU-z only said HD Graphics without a version. I even googled it but couldn't find the info anywhere.

Okay managed to get it working :)

Used the one from HD4000 and changed the ig-platform-id to:

0xa260006: HD4400/HD4600/HD5000 ( as mentioned on the tutorial ).

Now this is working. Not as fluid as a true mac but the mouse runs smoothly and just in some animations, like the icon bouncing on the dock, appear a little bit wrong.

Gonna try the other things and come back with the results.

Thanks

Still not correct. Use the HD4400/HD4600 config.plist and follow this post to install FakePCIID kexts (it is linked by the guide): http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...tel-hd4200-hd4400-hd4600-mobile-yosemite.html

You'll have better results with more reading, less guessing...
