How to install, OSX Yosemite on H61M-DGS

Hi Folks!

I just installed Yosemite on my Hackintosh and here is what I did:

I installed OSX with the GPU by accessing the installer with -v -f or -x (I forgot). Then I install OSX just normal on a HDD. What you prefer, could be an SSD as well. When I came back to the OSX loader I Just putted in the same as the installation. And during the first boot you have internet, so take that time to download Multibeast, NVidia Drivers and the VoodooHDA (Mav. version works) When you installing Multibeast check Easybeast and the audio driver RTL81xx (made by Linx2Mac) and click install. Then I modded the boot file (located at Extra folder on your HDD/SSD) and added a few lines:

<key>Kernel Flags</key>
<string>nvda_drv=1 -f</string>

If you're installed everything check;

-Nvidia drivers
-Multibeast (With network!)
-VoodooHDA

Then reboot and let it boot by itself.

Problems? You're here to ask.

Hackintosh Specs:

Motherboard: H61M-DGS
CPU: Intel Core i5 (3.29 GHz)
RAM: 2X Intergral 8GB 1333MHz (16GB total)
GPU: ASUS GeForce 750Ti 2GB

Hi there, did you manage to get audio and everything else working? I'm thinking of trying this out tomorrow for the first time on a desktop.

Help would be much appreciated !

Yes, but the VGA and HDMI is working. No DVI.. The audio is fixed with the VoodooHDA latest version (It says it is for Mavericks, but it just works fine) And Network by Lnx2Mac (http://lnx2mac.blogspot.nl/p/realtekrtl81xx-osx-driver.html) And there you have your internet ready. Something else.. No. Works like a charm!

Questions are here to ask, if you have problems, ask them.

Hi, I have the same motherboard as you but my UniBeast USB installer doesn't seem to boot with the motherboard....can I know how you did it please? I followed all the steps for preparing the BIOS and the USB did not boot?

Yeah I tried that too and it didn't work, I even disabled my ssd so it would not boot from it ?

Thank you it worked but now I have another problem :banghead:

When I choose USB it brings the apple logo and is loading very slowly and then it gets stuck?

I've tried so many boot flags and it didn't work, my graphics card is R7 250 low profile version GDDR5 and my cpu uses 1st gen Intel HD?
