ML: Could not connect to Game Center Server

Hello,

on My new Mountain Lion Perfectly Working
EVERYTHING WORKS (App Store, I Cloud, AIr MIrroring Etc)

the only thing that seems broken is the Gamecenter that keep to say (when i insert the password and press enter) :

Could not connect to Game Center Server

but i use it on Iphone and iPad

any suggestion please?

(Maybe is just a matter os servers down??)
 
same issue here...

maybe this will help:

1) Finder Menu -> Go -> Go to Folder... -> type : /etc/hosts
2) find hosts file and DO BACKUP
3) Copy file (hosts) onto desktop and open with text edit.
Delete everything and paste below :

##
# Host Database
#
# localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
##
127.0.0.1 localhost
255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
::1 localhost
fe80::1%lo0 localhost

Replace file with /etc/hosts (admin permission required)

Reopen Game Center

This did not work
 
You could try deleting NetworkInterfaces.plist in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ then rebooting. This fixes many iCloud/App Store related issues and may work with Game Center as well. You'll just have to reconfigure your networking information in System Preferences when you're done.
