LION 10.7 work slowly on ACER 4740G

well, i've installed lion on my 4740G when i started it without bootflag it got KP like 'can't find driver for ACPI from IOACPIFamily' but if i use bootflag -v -f booting succes till logon screen, but keyboard does need 15-20min to be able to use, how i supposed to do with this?

Hi. I have the exact same problem on with my Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 rev. 1.0 F9.

It takes forever to get through the boot screen to the installer menu.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
