Machine - HP Compaq 8100 Elite SFF PC

GPU - Nvidia NVS 290
Network - Intel 82578 Gigabit
USB - Intel 5 series/3400

Installed Lion using USB without problem, mouse, keyboard and networking all worked. When going through post install with multibeast I performed the following

1.) selected easy beast and system utilities and ran MultiBeast
2.) select USB rollback and system utilities and ran utility
3.) rebooted and I have functional USB but no network
4.) Ran Multibeast and selected hnak's AppleIntelE1000
5.) rebooted and no USB support, no keyboard, mouse or mass storage
6.) I activated remote management using VNC and tried several different options like trying to rollback again but still no USB

I also tried USBBusFix=Yes but still no USB

Anyone have any thought or suggestions on this.

Thanks.

I resolved this issue. So if you have this problem get the IOUSBFamily.kext and install with kext wizard. I am attaching the kext file or it can be located here - http://www.osx86.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1163 Install to /Extra folders, repair permissions and rebuild cache.

Why did you just use the IOUSB Rollback in MultiBeast?

I did but after I installed the Intel network driver I could never get it to work. I am not sure what happened. I did notice that there was never a /Extra/Extensions folder created. i am not sure if thats where Multibeast puts the drivers or not.
