Nothing out of the ordinary other than downloading the software for it. It doesn't automatically connect on boot in OS X (it does in Windows) but all you have to do is unplug it and plug it back in. Somehere here on tonymac there's a topic about how to build your own AirPort card, you should check that out too (though it's PCI, not USB).
