Unable to Reach Installer

I'm unable to reach the macOS Sierra installer. The loading bar gets over a quarter of the way through and then it crashes. It's using the default bootlfags (dart=0 nv_disable=1) and then npci=0x2000. A change of bootflags does not seems to help the issue. I have a video of it going in verbose if that helps.

System specs:
Intel core i7 3770K
Asus P8Z77 WS
Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan

Just threw in NullCPUPowerManagement.kext under the EFI > Clover > Kexts > Other folder, and it's still crashing.

just going by the files/image you provide

you will have to zip and upload your EFI

and also mention which of your 3 systems in your profile you are trying to install macOS on to....
