[SOLVED] Qosmio audio problem on Mavericks 10.9

I have successfully installed Mavericks into my Toshiba Qosmio X500.

Everything is working correctly, included iMessage, Facetime and iCloud, except for the audio Realtek ALC268 HDA board that is not recognized.

I have used the same kext file AppleHDA.kext I installed for Mountain Lion that was working perfectly.

I have a DSDT file that maybe must be patched to have the HDA working.

Do anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi! Can you describe the way you fix it please. And is your fans is still noisy after installation complete? I did install of Mavericks also but there some issues I can't fix: 1. Fans - at W7 it was more quietly 2. Sound - not working. 3. Booting flags - what did you use?
