Hello all,

First thanks for this good thread!

I installed OSX 10.6 with 10.6.7 combo update.

Use DSDT from tony's base and Multibeast with these basic options

System Utilities
Drivers & Bootloaders
IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector + JMicron36x
Lnx2Mac's RealtekRTL81xx
Chameleon 2.0 RC5 r748 (ATI experimental)
64-bit Apple Boot Screen

After that trying many things (DSDT HDEF Patcher, Kexts, ...) but impossible to have sound but I can see logo in right-top corner...

Somebody have an update of this guide or idea?

For sound You have to use DSDT from Tonymac's DSDT Database and Macman's ALC888 from Multibeast. In multibeast select the followings ALC8xxHDA + AppleHDA Rollback + System Utilities for sound.

I made it this way.
