I am not a programmer, so I am not sure if it is off topic, or not, or half off...., so excuse me, if it is not relevant.
As some of you may have know, the Access Virus TI synth is not compatible with the newest versions of macOS (Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura). There are 3rd party solutions, that solves a part of the problem, but since the manufacturer isn't giving any sign of hope about updates, a lot of users are disappointed: Official Access Forum
The 3rd party solution works, and we thank him very much (but logically not compatible with the older projects, made with the official driver): Mystery Islands Music
I wonder if someone have an idea about how to get it work, or could help for the 3rd party developers.
