Hello,
I am not sure where to post my question, as my laptop is not a Hackintosh. But I was hoping someone here could help. It does involve the install of an unauthorized OS. I used a patcher tool from a guy who goes by dosdude1, you are probably aware of him. This feels like a bit of a "hack" to me so I decided to see if anyone here can assist me.
Here are my machine specs:
Early 2011 Macbook Pro 13"
2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
macOS Mojave 10.14.6
Running 2 Samsung SSD's in a RAID 0
•hard drives were formatted to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
•RAID 0 created
•installed macOS Mojave through USB/dosdude1 patcher tool
Everything is working as expected, but About This Mac>Storage does not display anything about the internal hard drives (RAID 0). It shows external devices no problem, but not the internal drive.
I know macOS Mojave does not support RAID, so that is likely the reason Storage is blank.
Does anyone know a way to fix this? It is a minor issue but it would be nice to have that feature functional.
