p400

hey guys, im having trouble getting into the os x installer. i get a kernel panic and then the laptop (Lenovo p400) just restarts. i have tried everything. Booting into safe mode doesn't work. Neither does boot flags like cpus=1. im stuck. please help :(( I have attached the screen shot.
