cant boot from iboot

Please , I downloaded Iboot 3.3 and burn the image on a USB flash. But the computer don´t boot from it. Presssing f12 i choose boot from usb, but nothing happens. I dont copy the Iboot iso I burn it on a USB, have to burn to DVD?, sorry but can you please guide me step for step, i forgot...
