app force quit launch

Hi All My Hack is running without any noticeably problems for a while, but somehow, some applications after they're frozen (spinning wheel of death) and i have to force quit them, and after force quit, it won't launch, it would keep bouncing, unless i restart the machine, it's kind of annoying...
