Asrock Z68 pro3 gen3 + 2500k

Hi there!
My setup is:
Asrock z68 pro3 gen3 with 2.30 UEFI bios.
I have oc my 2500k to 4.2k.
I have used multibeast with default 3.1 about this mac and oc ssdt i5/i7 up to 4.2ghz.
My Geekbench score is only 4k+...
What i am doing wrong?
Can someone help me?
i am using mountain lion 10.8.2 with all the updates.
When it boots i see something like
p-state stepper error.Its 4 lines with error.I cant see exaclty cause it is going too fast to read it all.

the multiplier of the CPU stays at x16
speedstep only works after sleep
I have not tried it yet but here say how to fix it
