kernal panic and boot0 issues

I am looking for help with my Hackintosh, I followed the instruction with these guides:

and have run into issues. First during the OS installation the system froze up and had to be restarted. When I went to reboot with iBoot the OS option showed up and displayed the "Kernal Panic" screen. I rebooted again and then the OS seemed to run with no issues. I used Multibeast and Update helper to get myself to 10.6.8 and then rebooted the computer and It gave me he boot0 errors.

I am using a Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3, a Seagate Barracuda 1T harddrive (one for Mac one for Windows) and Intel i7 2600 I have been trying to read the
tonymacx86 Forum • View topic - boot0 Error: The Official Guide post for solutions but most of them have to do with Lion OS.

If anyone knows an easy way to fix this issue please let me know. -Much Thanks-

when you get to the OSX disk utility did you set the partion on the hard drive as one - or did you never get that far-
as you know most large hard drives like your 1TB Seagate have 4k sectors and this is the issue wBootO and Boot1h

You could also try a live Linux CD and great the two partitions w that OS.

The methods that are used by LION are compatable w OSX as we are dealing with the Boot loader not the mac osx.

I suggest that you invetigate if this seagate has a utility to change the advaced format (on/off) - call tech support.

And / or try it with partions for two 512 MB drives for the mac os.

Of if you have a single older 500 mb HD use that to solve the problem - Windows need lots of space for its Junk in the trunk
but OSX is rather trim at the brim! So OSX don't need all that space.

Yeah I did get up to the Disk Utility part, I actually got up to installing the actual OS and thats where the install froze on me and might have messed things up.
I dont know much about programing so I'm going into this blind for the most part. I appreciate all the links you provided and will look over them when I have a bit more time, I am going to just try and pick up where I left off for now and reinstall the Mac OS onto the 1T harddrive. If that fails I will gladly look at the information you have provided, also I don't have any older harddrives I bought everything new just for this build I got 1T for each individual OS because of how much Digital work I do and all the games I play on both OS systems. Once again thanks for the response ill let you know how it goes.
