Continuing what seems to be the inevitable trend toward buy and play anywhere, EA has made available to a limited number of users early access to Origin for Mac. It looks and feels just like the PC counterpart- offering cloud storage, auto-patching, friends list, and more.
Since I already have an Origin account, I logged in and downloaded the 34.5 mb Origin.dmg. It installed it on my CustoMac just like any other app does; it even showed my PC only titles in my games library as well as my friends list.
You also get a free copy of the puzzle game, Bookworm by PopCap.
