*SOLVED* 10.8.2 only works with VT-d disabled Hi, To be able to run 10.8.2 with VT-d enabled, /System/Library/Extensions/AppleACPIPlatform.kext has to be replaced with the 10.8.1-version. So just grab the kext from your backup and enjoy!

Sorry, that doesn't work. I have the GA-P67A-UD3-B3 rev. 1.x with F9-BIOS, too and I get no sound.
