Is it GUID + DOS FAT? I think it defaults to MBR not GUID. Once you start the installation, reformat with the windows installer.

Are they USB 2.0 or 3.0? On several occasions Ive run into issues using USB 3.0 where as I have no issues with USB 2.0.
